Driving Direction coming from Moorpark or Simi Valley:
Simi Valley –take 118 W
Moorpark –take 23 S
Exit: Thousand Oaks/ Hillcrest Rd. (This exit is right before the end of 118 and the beginning of 101South or the 101 North intersections).
Once you exit, go straight and pass the first stop light (Hill Crest)
Turn right- At the next light which is Thousand Oaks Blvd. (you will see the freeway overpass above you- don’t go underneath it! You are to making a right turn).
*** Caution: Watch your speed when driving on Thousand Oaks Blvd. This is a speed trap. Police officers often sit behind the buildings ~ the speed limit is 35 MPH.
You will pass a 76 Gas Station on your left, Chocho Sun sushi place on your left.
When you see the hospital (on your right) and a used car lot (also on your right), the RE/MAX Olson & Associates, Inc plaza building is directly across from it. - The address is 280 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd, Thousand Oaks, California 91360.
Make a left into the RE/MAX Olson & Associates, Inc. Plaza (which is directly next to Plummer’s Home and Office).

*Enter the building and go through the double doors walk straight to Suite B (the receptionist desk). She will take you to my office.
Note: If our meeting is scheduled after normal business hours, please enter the building and go directly to Suite E. It will be on your right hand side and across from the water fountain. My office is at the end of the corridor –my name is on the door.
*Note: If you drive by Outback Steak House on your right you have passed the office already and just make a “u” turn- when appropriate.
